XCusty develops tokenization platforms for real estate, gold and investment funds. A successful tokenization system needs a clear relationship between the digital token, the underlying legal rights and the organizations responsible for the asset. We engineer the platform around that relationship.
Asset and rights definition
The first step is to identify what the token represents. It may record an interest in an entity, a fund unit, a contractual claim or another defined entitlement. That definition informs issuance, transfer restrictions, distributions, redemption and reporting.
The token does not establish legal title to an underlying asset merely by existing on a blockchain. The relevant documents, records and asset arrangements must support the rights the platform displays and processes.
Platform components
We can build issuer administration, investor onboarding, token issuance, wallet integration, transaction records and reporting. Transfer rules can incorporate eligibility conditions and approval requirements where these are part of the approved structure.
Asset information, valuations, reserve reports and supporting documents can be made accessible through a controlled portal. Their source, update process and approving party are defined so that users can distinguish an on-chain record from an externally verified statement.
Application by asset type
| Asset | Key platform considerations |
|---|---|
| Real estate | Link to the holding structure, investor rights, distributions and project reporting |
| Gold | Custodian or vault records, allocation, reconciliation, redemption and reserve information |
| Investment funds | Investor eligibility, unit records, subscriptions, redemptions and distribution rules |
Lifecycle administration
Tokenization continues after issuance. Platforms need procedures for changes to investor details, corporate actions, distributions, redemption requests and exceptional events. Our development scope can cover those workflows together with audit trails and administration permissions.
XCusty's role is to connect the legal and operating design to functioning technology. Asset verification, legal opinions, valuation, fund management and regulated distribution remain with the parties appointed for those responsibilities.
